I have started crush at least 5 times, never completing it. Something such as school or my health has always gotten in the way and caused me to stop completely and making me feel as though I need to start over. This time I started having respiratory problems and couldn’t work out for 3 months. It killed me emotional and mentally. Working out was the only thing that has kept me sane. But this time I feel something is different. With my crush family around me, I will finally finish. I will regain my mental stability and be happy.

- 40 bicycle crunches
- 20 toe touches
- 40 mountain climbers
- 60 regular sit ups
- 1 minute plank (elbow plank works too)
- 1 minute side plank on both sides
Repeat one more time.
